Health Justice Partnership at Mater

Often complex legal and social issues can form part of the environmental causes of ill-health in patients. The Mater clinic uses a combination of medical, social work and legal skills to address the issues confronting patients.

A team comprising of law students, social work students, medical students and a supervising lawyer assist in addressing the legal and social challenges facing the client.
