The Queensland Statewide Tenants Advice and Referral Service (QSTARS) is a free independent advice and referral service for all renters in Queensland. The program is managed by Tenants Queensland and is delivered in collaboration with partner organisations across Queensland.
QSTARS has developed a useful Factsheet for tenants in Queensland. This factsheet describes tenant’s rights in relation to the listing of personal information by real estate agents and landlords in tenancy databases.
